Since Zonta’s founding in Buffalo, New York in 1919, we have grown to encompass over 31,000 members in 66 countries around the globe. The main objectives of Zonta International are to:
Our local club was chartered in May 1980 and since then we have supported many community projects, such as the PACE Center for Girls and the Refuge House; advocated for national legislation to protect women and girls from violence and exploitation; and supported Zonta International initiatives to improve the lives of women and girls worldwide.
