Zonta Women of Tallahassee welcome all who are interested in improving the status of women at home and worldwide.
Zonta International is a worldwide service organization of executives in business and the professions working together to advance the status of women. The organization is composed of over 33,000 members in over 1,241 clubs in 70 countries. Zonta was established in 1919 in Buffalo, New York. "Zonta" is derived from a Sioux Indian word meaning "honest and trustworthy". |
The mission of Zonta Club of Tallahassee is to advance the status of girls and women locally, nationally, and internationally through an active, service-oriented membership. |
